UIL was Wednesday. We got sweepstakes; this means all three judges in both performance and sight-reading gave us a 1, the highest rating you can get. All three of our orchestras got sweepstakes too, so this week has been pretty good with everyone in orchestra being happy and cheerful.Someone actually posted a video of us playing on YouTube, so watch it please. :3
Today the strangest thing happened. I was waiting outside the art room because we had a pep rally type thing and our teacher locked the door after we left. Then, my friend's friend that added me on facebook awhile ago (this guy, mentioned at the bottom of the post), who's in my class and never talked to me before, walked up next to me. He just stared at me, and I glanced at him and looked away quickly. The second time I looked he was still staring at me, and said something like "Hey, I'm sorry we never talked before even though we're in the same class." and then we shook hands. He seems really sweet. I should probably say hi to him from now on. Just because his friend hurt me doesn't mean I should ignore him like a female dog.
Also, I finally finished the Narnia series. SO good. Now on to Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. :D
