Save Me San Francisco

Yes, I'm finally making the post. I've been back for a week, but I've just been so busy. Well that's a lie, I've just not felt like making a post (I know, shame on me :P ). But I'm finally making that post now.
The trip was epically amazing, and I shall explain everything that happened on each day:

thursday
I woke up at 3:00 to get to the airport by 5:00. Our flight left at around 7:00 and we arrived at San Jose at about 9.

We got to our hotel (the Embassy Suites hotel in Santa Clara, freaking sweeeet!) then we went to Ocean Beach before we went to lunch:

Then after that we went to lunch at a pizza place in San Francisco. My friend thought it would be the greatest idea to sit across him and his friend. Which it kinda was, haha. At the time I didn't think it was, but oh, it was. She analyzed and said he "frequently glanced" at me, hah. He probably thinks my friend is psychotic after that, but it's all good. Her and his friend, who my other friend has a major crush on, were just so crazy, it was hilarious. She kept on poking me, and he said,
"Maybe you should keep your hands above the table *laughing*." [Because she kept poking me under the table]
Then she said "No, I like them down here!"
Then me him and his friend went into a laughing fit and we were all like 'that's what she said!' It probably was a 'you had to be there' moment though, but still funny.
The service was pretty bad, and the pizza was covered in grease, but nonetheless it was still pretty damn fun.
Then after that we went to China Beach and looked at tide pools. It was so nice there.
After that we went to Fisherman's Warf to get dinner then go shopping for a few hours. Our teacher said that there should be at least one guy with a group of girls because of all the creepers that were there. So guess whose group went with mine? :) We didn't really talk much, but at least he was there.
"It's not public display of affection! It's public display of protection!"
We went to dinner at some diner that was at the warf with his group too. I was so close to sitting with him too, but I chickened out. :P
Then at 10 we got to the hotel.

friday
We left the hotel at 7 to go to a tour of Alcatraz:

We didn't get to finish the tour, but it was really interesting. Reminded me a bit of the movie Shutter Island (which was amazing, by the way). Then we left to play an exchange concert for another school who also played for us (San Francisco School of the Arts High School). Then we went back to the warf and shopped for a bit. We also went to dinner at some fancy over priced restaurant, where we saw a crap load of sea lions out of the window:

Then went back to the hotel at 10.

saturday (A.K.A. the best day of the trip!)
We left for our competition at Junior Foothill College at 7:30. Both non varsity and varsity participated and we did really well. (We won 5 awards in total and out concert master won one too!) Then we went back to the hotel to change. But my roommates and I got another room to join us as we ran down the hall in our dresses and had a mini rave. Then we changed, haha.
My group went to McDonald's for lunch, then an hour later we went to Great America where his group wanted to stay with my group (hell yesss!). We rode a few roller coasters (we even rode one together, haha. ♥ :) Plus we talked and hung out a heck of a lot!). Then me and my friend walked to the place where our orchestra was going to meet for the dinner/awards ceremony/dance. We were sitting up on the curb minding our own business when he comes over and sits down next to me (he looked at his friend and nearly walked over there like 3 times, haha. He looked so nervous!). We sat next to each other at the awards ceremony and the dinner too. He was also apparently "looking nervously around" as if "he was looking for [me]!" at the dance, but I was waayy to nervous to walk up next to him. I also worked up enough guts to ask him to sit next to me on the bus ride back to the hotel and he did :) It was only a 10 minute ride, so it kind of didn't really count.
We had a "silent rave" when we got back to the hotel. My one friend who is a freshman figured out that I liked him and he liked me when we were in line for the roller coaster together, so when he was looking for somewhere to sit she screamed "[his name] come sit over here!" And he did, haha. We hung out for a bit that night until he went to bed. Then me and two other of my friends went into some kids hotel room and listened to music and talked until 11, then we went to bed.

sunday
After we woke up and ate breakfast and packed everything up, my roommates and I went downstairs and put our bags and instruments outside. Then, my friend who shouted his name to come sit with us the day before said, "Awww, I think it'd be so cute if y'all had a picture together!" No, it wasn't so cute. I wrestled her as she was scraming his name to get his butt over here and take a picture. He laughed and willingly went over, so I guess that's a good sign. And yes, there are a few pictures, but luckily no one has posted them yet. :P
We left San Franciso at 9:30 and got back home at about 5:30.

Ahh! I miss San Fran so much! This has easily been the best trip I ever went on. It feels so good to finally type everything down :)

Hope everyone has had a fantastic week, I will read and comment later, promise. :)
*And, btw, every picture in this post is one I took on the trip, even the first one.*
