"Shall I compare thee to a summer's day...?" "I'd really rather you didn't."

Last Sunday night I went to see "Just Go With It" with one of my closest friends. I drew a diagram because I'm lazy and thought it would be easier to explain.

So the movie starts. My friend had seen it with her boyfriend the night before, but she said it was really good, and nothing else was playing. This is the situation; (For the life of me, I can not figure out how to make it bigger.)

So basically, Random Kid #1 decides to randomly go sit next to me. Weird, right? Why doesn't he sit next to his friends? Boys are weird. So it's like this for awhile:

So yeah, the two other weirdos move down a seat to surround me and my friend. By this point my friend and I are texting each other trying to figure out a logical explanation for this. We still don't have one. We were thinking they were going to follow us out of the theater (which they did) so we went into the bathroom afterwards. They found us later, and Random Kid #1 asked my friend out for Random Kid #2. She declined, she had a boyfriend. So then he walked away. I mean, if it was just for his friend, #1 and #2 would've just switched seats, right? I don't know. I kind of wished #1 would've asked me out. He was kinda cute. :3

We sat outside Barnes and Noble for awhile, and we saw her ex-boyfriend's best friend. He was alone, so we thought it would be nice to say hi, and ended up talking for more than an hour. Him and I have very similar music taste, and he was really nice. He gave us both his number. Well, we talked the day after and he seemed like he liked me. Of course he doesn't though, that would just be stupid. Him and my friend have been hanging out, kissing and whatnot. Even though she has a boyfriend, and he knew she had boyfriend. But she broke up with her boyfriend a few days after, and is going to wait a few weeks before making her relationship with this new guy "Facebook official". I just, don't understand how people can cheat. It just makes me angry. What also makes me angry is how unattractive most boys find me.

But other than that, I finally feel really happy with life.

The day after all that happening, Monday, I had the day off from school for President's Day. I watched the third Harry Potter at a friends house.

Last night, I went to a Masquerade-themed 16th Birthday Party. Best night of my life. The party was great; I hung out with 3 orchestra friends the entire time; two I haven't hung out with in awhile and one I never have before. It was great talking to them. The guy even said I looked beautiful, which was strange.

After the party, the one I've never hung out with drove me and the guy to a playground. It was 11, so of course that's when all the druggies and creepers come out. Once we got there we started walking, but saw some guy off in the distance just standing there. He wasn't doing anything, he was just standing there. We left because we were creeped out, but decided to drive back so the guy could scream out the window in his "Puberty voice", "Hey bro, got some shrooms?!?" then we drove away quickly laughing hysterically. It was just, such a great night.

A picture I took before I left the house:

I've noticed I only like pictures of myself where you can only see half of my face.

"Cats make wonderful companions. They don't argue, or question my intellectual authority."

"How 'bout this one, with all the pretty hearts on the front? I know where this is going. Yep! 'Happy Valentine's Day, sweetheart. I love you.' If somebody gave me this card, Mr. Vance, I would eat it."

Valentine's Day wasn't terribly bad. Or, at least as bad as I thought it would be. We made cards in art class though, which was awful. But, one of my friends made one where on the front he wrote "Happy Valentine's Day!" with a giant heart, and on the inside, "Just kidding." surrounded by broken hearts. It made my day much better.

Wednesday was Open House at school, and every open house the orchestra students frolic around the halls harassing people to buy doughnuts. Afterwards, two friends, one's boyfriend and his friend, and I went to Chik Fil A. The entire time we made perverted jokes until 9:30. I love going there after concerts/orchestra gatherings. Mostly because no one else is there, but it juts seems more fun at night. The atmosphere and feeling is so much different than that during the day. That was definitely the best open house thus far.

Thursday, Pre UIL went alright. Our sight reading wasn't fair; it was supposed to be played pretty slowly, then BAM! it goes right to presto a few measures before the ending. We got the last two notes though. :) But at least it didn't look like this;

Last night I went to see the school play "Triangle" with a few friends. It wasn't awful. But it wasn't very good either.

There are two girls that sit opposite of me and my friend, who is a guy (the one mentioned above), at our table in art class. We always bicker and argue, because that's just how our friendship is. They thought we were dating, they still want us to, and we're both like "Eew, hell no!" and when I grab his pencil he'll grab my hand, and they'll shout "Awww!" At first it was annoying, but, I think I'm starting to like him.

Also, THE NEW RADIOHEAD ALBUM IS ABLE TO BE DOWNLOADED ONLINE. I can't wait to buy the CD.

And, you must watch this.

"I need to know that it’s possible that two people can stay happy together forever."

"Pretty please?" "The physical appearance of the please makes no difference."

I had another snow day today. We were suppose to get a lot of ice and 3 inches of snow, and it wasn't suppose ot stop snowing until 6 tonight. It stopped at 11 am. There's barely anything outside, and still no school.

But, in preparation for the massive snow storm that everyone was expecting, I went to Barnes and Noble last night to get a few books;
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows,
The Hunger Games Trilogy,
And The Ultimate Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

I had a lesson today even though I didn't go to school. But after I went to IHOP for dinner with two of my friends. The waiter was adorable. He had a cool name that I will not say on here just in case someone I know reads this.

I'm really excited for school tomorrow.

you used to be alright. what happened?

What I did this weekend:

saturday;
Went to my friend's 17th birthday party. We went to the mall and did a picture scavenger hunt.
I saw The Dilemma afterwards with a different friend. It was goood.

sunday;
Nothing.

today in orchestra our teacher wanted the 2nd violins to play a part in front of the orchestra. So there's this really fast 16th note passage at the end, and everyone I was playing with dropped out, and I pwned it. At lunch the cello player said, "Even people who weren't paying attention looked up and were like 'daaaammnnn guuurl'". That made my day.

My friend also drew me a picture of a cat during 4th period. At the top of the page she wrote, "Only the creepiest of cats are allowed to belong to Victoria." with a picture of a creepy cat named "Steeev".

I have the coolest friends ever.

Finding a nice guy now a days is like giving birth to a unicorn.

This is my fourth day off from school. So far I've;
  • Finished the fifth Harry Potter book.
  • Played a lot of Super Mario Galaxy 2
  • "Forgot" to practice.
  • I might build a snowman later.
  • Drew a pretty awesome picture of a giraffe.

My friends are setting me up with some guy that goes to our school. I have a bad feeling about it.

Such a boring, short post. I think this gif makes up for it though. :3

"For small creatures such as we, the vastness is bearable only through love."

I didn't have school today "due to inclement weather." It's so pretty outside right now. I woke up at 6:30 thinking I had school, took a shower, got dressed, went back into my room and logged onto facebook to see everyone posting "n0 $ch001 2d@y!!1!". So, not even bothering to dry my hair, I jumped right back into bed and slept for another 4 hours.

When I woke up this is what I saw;

I was not expecting snow, just a lot of ice.

But the best part of today? I played a pretty intense of game of Super Mario Galaxy 2. Those goombas didn't stand a chance. I totally pwned Bowser.

^From Mario's perspective.

School will be closed again tomorrow. The roads are still icy, and the high for tomorrow is only 19, the low is 11. So it shouldn't be melting anytime soon. I'll probably have another productive day tomorrow.

Also, I've fallen in love with Sufjan Stevens and this music video recently.
